"The hotel is situated in the central part of the city and is close to popular sites. This is a historic hotel which does not allow to enjoy modern amenities. The lobby is nice but the elevators are not clean and appear to be old and ’tired’. The same applies to the guest rooms which are small. The closet is virtually nonexistent. The bathroom is also small, with hardly any space to hang towels and place toiletry kit. There is no full service restaurant on site. Given the relatively high price...

"First of all, why would you charge your customers $38 a day to park? I can see maybe $10 if you’re gonna charge your customers to park their car but $38.Pull out sofa bed, most uncomfortable thing in the world probably sleep better if I slept on the floor, the reservations were for 3 people there's three people to one room and all there was was a pillow, one sheet one blanket to put on the pullout bed I need a top and bottom sheet to sleep with. "Really nice location close to Brown Univeristy. Room was clean and reasonably sized. Staff was very cordial and friendly. There is $15 per day for parking (which was called out in the listing so just calling out for others to know)"

"The hotel was under renovations during our stay we were only told a few days before there was no gym. There was no place to hang out, and apparently some of the construction workers knocked out the Wi-Fi so there was no Wi-Fi the entire time I was there and I had a lot of work to do I was quite disappointed in everything and we got a brand new room, but the layout was poor. There was no outlet near the mirror so if someone was using the bathroom, we cannot dry your hair or use the mirror for...

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

"Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."
