"Here’s a fair review that makes the problem clear without sounding overly harsh: I stayed in a Superior Room. The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, but I was very disappointed with the view and privacy. The window looked directly out onto a dumpster, parking lot, and surrounding walls. Even worse, people outside could easily look directly into the room, so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. For a room advertised as “Superior,” I definitely expected a better view and more privacy. Other than that, I enjoyed the room and had a pleasant stay overall. I just think guests booking this room category should be aware of the location and view."

"The one thing I didn't like was the bathroom situation. I didn't know the sink was outside of the bathroom. To me this is very awkward. Also it would have been nice to have at least one more restaurant or a food type courtyard. Otherwise the hotel was a great experience."

"We went for a show at the colleseum so the location was perfect. Close enough to park and walk and a stop at waffle house on the way back. Hotel is a little noisy with a crowd. Only other concern is there was some kind of what looked like bloody substance on the bottom of the light by the bed. We were only there to sleep so ignored as best as possible. Served its purpose."
