"Really enjoyed our stay here! Long weekend with the family so we reserved a larger room with a wet bar. It was perfect. Beds were not too firm and very comfortable. Nice linen and plenty of towels. Our only complaint with the room was that the electrical sockets and USB ports need to be inspected on a regular basis to make sure they all work. Only one of the electrical sockets and one of the ports were working and when you have 3 adults and one child all with devises queuing for the outlets...

"This is a return visit to this area for us. We liked this hotel so much the first time, we decided it would be our go-to place to stay when visiting Asheville. Service is great. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous. And the rooms are comfortable and spotless."

"The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. The room is so cute and the single rose in the bathroom is beautiful. Our only complaint is the food in the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge on our arrival. The food was not very good, the carbonara wasn’t even edible. The second night we walked down to the social and the food was amazing! The trout and the pork chop were both excellent and 1/3 of the price (which we don’t mind paying for good food). We will be back but we will not be...

"We chose this hotel because of proximity to Biltmore, and it was a great choice. We walked to a nearby restaurant, passing several open shops on the way. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast area is open and airy, and food options are extensive. Just be aware at the time of this trip, February 2026, the immediate area has not recovered from a hurricane, and evidence of destruction is all around. It did not impede us in any way, and we would definitely stay at this property...

"This hotel seems like it is newer, so everything was very clean & tidy. The welcome desk staff were friendly. It was nice to have a continental breakfast included, as well. The only issue we ran into was that our bed was not re-made/towels were not replaced when we returned at the end of the day. Not sure if ours got missed by accident, and not a huge deal, but we were a little surprised by this. "
