"The sheets and bed were clean. We had to clean the counters when we got there and the hot tub had some dirt in it but when I mentioned it to the staff they came and cleaned the hot tub. Besides that we had a great time and enjoyed the place"

We had a really long overnight flight and it was so nice to check in early to get some sleep before the festivities! Nicole at the front desk was super awesome and we truly enjoyed our stay! Such a nice touch to get a little goodie bag when we checked in that had waters and snacks in it. I was also very impressed with the shower pressure! It's the best that I have ever had...

"We were there with our two granddaughters three days and two nights in Asheville, North Carolina last week. It was a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy, the bathrooms very clean. The outdoor pool, which was well maintained, had to be accessed with a room key, which we really liked, as our granddaughters are 13 years old. The breakfast was very good and fresh -- the eggs had been frozen, but still good. Much more than the usual grab...

"It’s ok if you’re staying for a night, but the property lacks a pool, and any real amenities. The free breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars. The bedding and towels had hair and our bathroom had blood on the wall. The water never got hot so showers were lukewarm at best. Spend a few more dollars and stay at Holiday Inn Express."
