"The room was clean but did have to follow up each day with room keeping staff regarding clean towels and bathroom amenities for the room after it was cleaned each day which customers should not have to do this as this should be done each day by the staff when the room is tidied up and cleaned each day. The air conditioning system in the room also was not the best and didn’t seem to work properly. Outdoor pools and beach were great and staff were really friendly and helpful. I did try the buffet for dinner on the Saturday night. The dining starts at 6pm I arrived at 6:30pm for dinner, even though the buffet had a vast selection of food, the food was cold already and quite disappointing the taste of each selection not what I expected from a dinner buffet. I did try to give it another chance for the morning buffet the next day which was Mother’s Day which was an even greater disappointment. I feel management need to take the full responsibility here. Even though like most customers at the resort/hotel would have prepaid for breakfast there was a 30-40 minutes wait before I was seated. There was no seats inside the restaurant and was seated outside in the bar area as no room inside the restaurant. When I did get to serve myself there was no plates to serve and clean plates not refilled. Once again there were plenty of options but this time there was no food as nearly all had run out and not replenished by the kitchen as seems they ran out. Management seems did not pre plan day"

"I have stayed here a few times and it is usually a great place for the cost. Due to a huge Summit on the island, a lot of places were fully booked. The only room available was a large room and it was clean and had a balcony with a view of the sea. The breakfast buffet had enough choices. At night the view from the Room 801, the rooftop bar, was great and the food was good also. Bartender Dexter and server Tuesday were awesome. And at check-in, Psyche was thorough and pleasant. I will return again."

"The room was clean, staff helpful and courteous, ample parking. Friday through Sunday loud music from the bar above until 2am. Other nights parties can be heard up to 8pm. A convenience store on the property was a plus. TV was is a foreign language that couldn’t be changed in the menu. Location was in a remote area. Taxis and trikes had a hard time finding the place."

"I'd like to say overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I had some issues not being able to use the tv, but it is a smart tv which was awesome. I booked a premium deluxe poolside room. It was super spacious and had an incredible view of the beach and foliage around the hotel. The hotel was rsther noisy as there was a party one one of the days on top of music coming from other parts of the resort. But, I must really emphatically say that the entire staff is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was evident that they really caee about their work. We ate in 2 of the 3 restaurants: the main one closest to the lobby and Luna. Both meals were very tasty and I think the wine was reasonably priced. We found the beach very clean, relaxing and the water quite clear. We had no problems ordering Grab taxis. At most we waited 10 minutea for a car. Finally, it should be noted that the "no outside food or drink" is strictly enforced. I understand respect the rule; however, I wasnt able to get as much drinking water as I would have liked. I found myself having to go to the restaurants and asking for a lot of water to drink. My friend was able to get her water bottle filled regularly, but I wish it had been more comvenient. "
