Spectacular resort in a superb location that is super peaceful. An ideal place for a few days of R & R with great food and drink, amazing rooms and extremely reasonable prices

the place is nice, however the service is the closest thing to a disaster I have ever seen. Communication barrier is the leitmotif. You ask something in English, you are told to wait for someone who speaks English and that someone pretends to speak in English. Went for dinner: I was served a beef fillet which was unedible. Returned. Had to pay anyway. The place is nice, the service is the opposite.Mixed feelings. Not coming back even if the only option left on earth.

This is place where one goes to rest and relax and meditate. Please be aware this place is not near any major tourist attraction. The place and location is amazing, staff very friendly and a great place if one wants to rest and contemplate.

The beginning was a bit difficult, but after that, Mona and the manager Mehdi were really kind and understanding. Their attitude was very kind and helpful. The villa with the private pool is incredible.

Nestled in the Atlas Mountains and away from the bustle of city life, this resort offers breath taking views of lake Bin El Ouidane and the small villages that surround the area, the road that leads to the hotel has the feel of the Italian coastline with a Moroccan touch, the staff is super friendly and are quick to respond to any request with top notch quality of service and appreciation, this resort offers too beautiful pools, a great restaurant and activities relating to the lake like kayaking and boating, the area offers plenty of hiking trails for the outdoor enthusiasts. I would highly recommend getting a suite with lake view as it will take your breath away. I had to leave a day before my supposed departure and the desk staff was very accommodating and refunded the day I didn’t stay, top notch.

The facility is to a very high standard, but it is simply shambolic in terms of how it is managed. Check in was a farce where we ended up waiting over an hour in the corner, the Wi-Fi did not work, the air conditioning failed and the staff did not seem to care. To be fair things did improve when the manager became involved, and the dinner was lovely, but be prepared for issues.

A Long One - Please Read

I only have 1500 characters so i'll abridge myself. If you spend that per you don't expect to be told that you get 2 coffee pods and 2 bottles of water per stay no matter the length,when I requested add'l pods as we were on our 3rd night, I was told to order room service £!+sc, same for water. Given that anyone staying at this hotel has had a very long car ride no matter where you come from the reception staff are pretty bad (well at least 75%of the people I encountered). When we arrived after a 4.5hour drive the woman at reception was already being rude to the man who was just checking in (I've already told you this!!) is what she said in an aggressive tone. my experience with started at that level and went down. We asked to move rooms as despite being 50% full and £!!!pp AND Hotel.com membership entitling me to a free upgraded we still had to pay for a room that was facing a mountain and temp of a fridge, we moved with the help of the only helpful receptionist, but the 1st recp. misinformed us deliberately & told us we couldn't change until 8pm, we moved b4 3pm. I felt unwell & asked to take the remains of my dinner to the room & was told I could even though room service trays were sent from there, the cafe where you have lunch works on a you arrive they leave basis so a minimum wait is 15mins, inc for you bill, some guests can sign to room, some cant, they dont tell you why.you have to eat in 3 different places. Breakfast great, couldn't be better, restaurant hit miss
