"Ho soggiornato 4 notti in questa struttura (viaggio di coppia) ed all’arrivo il personale ci è sembrato gentile, ci hanno solo avvisato che sabato e domenica non ci sarebbe stato il personale di servizio alle camere. Easy walking distance from most attractions in the city centre and across the road from a metro station, which goes straight to Rotterdam Central Station (about 15 minute walk) if you have luggage. "Everything was fine - great beds, great bathroom, great breakfast. However, a mouse decided to join us for breakfast - we saw it scuttling along the floor! It was dealt with quickly as far as I can tell. The lounge access was great - good drinks and good snacks. I would stay again."
