Hotel Keluarga di Pulau Bintan

"Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids."

"The staff is outstanding, especially Rafique. Lots of mosquitoes, room mosquito replicant available. There are no Vegetarian food options."

"プライベートビーチに面しながらも海岸沿いの幹線道路から少し入ったこの場所は街にも近く便利でありながらとても静かでここで数日ほぼなにもせずにただただリラックスしたいと願った私たちにとって理想の宿でした。"

"Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window."

"Friendly and helpful staff! Spacious rooms that fit 4 adults comfortably. Excellent buffet breakfast and lagoon pool was divine."

"Très agréable"

"Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here. Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!"

"Mutiara is not a typical beach resort—it’s a true eco-resort designed with tradition and sustainability in mind. It’s also actively run by the long-time owner—no corporate chains here. The most important things to be prepared for: no AC and no hot water. You sleep in lovely teak and rattan cottages with mosquito nets and plenty of fans. Which means this is a chance to experience what SE Asia was like 40-50 years ago (and of course the same way lots of locals live today). The food is terrific,...

"Rooms are dated but well maintained and cleaned for their age. Staff were very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The beach was beautiful one of the best we have seen. Food offering on half board was good. Pool area and grounds are lovely."

"Sehr freundliches Personal vor allem an der Rezeption, hervorragendes Frühstück sogar it vielfältigen lokalem Essen! Toller Strand sehr gut zum schnorcheln."

"Sangat menyenangkan tinggal di Nirwana Resort Hotel. "

"Herrlich ruhige Anlage, erstklassige Restaurants und wirklich überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in ausnahmslos allen Bereichen."

"The hotel allowed the guests to smoke anywhere in the premises. Booked the Deluxe room but the nothing special compared to superior one. "
