"Property was clean, overall friendly staff, good location (proximity to beach). However, when I paid using cash (two instances), the restaurant staff returned me a smaller amount than the change due (1,000 instead of 1,450 and 56,000 instead of 56,200) without any explanations. Afterwards, when I asked why, they said they don't have coins (which actually the front desk staff did have 500 IDR coins) and offered to return an amount greater than the change due. While I appreciate the staff's efforts, I would not expect to have such experiences at a 5-star resort. Nonetheless, overall I enjoyed my stay."
