"Second stay at this property. Very convenient to the airport. Staff friendly. Room compact but bed comfy and room clean. Requested a top floor room. Got a 2nd floor room overlooking the restaurant. Usually I would ask to change rooms but had to check out early in the morning for stupid o'clock flight. Definitely stay again."

"Great place to stay, excellent for Lime Street no more than 2 minutes away, staff great facilities good. A few things of concern not that it would not stop me booking again is 1 ply toilet rolls not great as it's not a budget hotel, also the radiators are clanking all night certainly on the room we had on 6 th floor, very annoying which affects your sleep, also the ceramic tiles in my bathroom were all lose and moved when you walked on them However bedrooms great extremely comfortable large beds and generally a great stay, would have no problem re booking this hotel but next time I would check out the things that required doing."
