The rooms were not cleaned. The staff is not prepared to greet you or help you the parking you had to hunt. The valet is down you don’t know whether you were getting your car or not. The bar was never open. The elevators did not work you had to use the stairs or service elevator for all weekend.

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Birmingham
For two nights we did not have hot water. Only in the morning. We had a take cold fast showers .Also they don’t have housekeeping. They throw the trash away but don’t do the bed or bring clean towels. Front desk not very helpful. I would not stay at this hotel again.
