The staff was friendly except the front desk at checkout time. He was hunting me down like a criminal instead of just letting me add an extra night at the time of checkout like every normal hotel stay. The breakfast was really good though.

6/10 Okay

Breakfast was great and Lady was wonderful in the dining room. Room was acceptable but the odor of cleaning products was overpowering. Linens were great. Pillows were terrible. Staff was slow and had trouble understanding family needed to stay on the same floor. All issues were resolved but anyone with hospitality experience would aware of guest needs. Overall exceptable experience.
