"My husband I have a lot of overnight stays in Birmingham due to surgeries. This was the first time staying at Best Western, and the last time. The shower rod in the bathroom was about to come off the wall. The tub was rusted, there was dead bugs along the edge of the tub, you could tell that the floors had no t been swept or mopped in who knows how long. The bottoms of my socks were black. We even found someone’s sock in the closet, that tells u how well they clean. Even the baseboard was coming...
