Clean, comfortable and it felt secure. Comms all by text, but responsive. Didn’t meet anyone personally. Be aware you will be asked for a deposit by bank transfer which was not highlighted on Expedia - it worked fine and was transferred back to me within 24 hours. Nothing nearby, aside from Aldi.

Average apartment
General cleaniness needs to improve, and general maintenance too. The toilet lid was broken, there was no enough storage space and no bath mat, as well as no hooks for the towels in the bathroom. Temperature was extremely hot. Communication with the landlord is restricted so you'd better not have an emergency.

Check in was good, must have a smart phone and remember to take with you and have it charged or you won't be able to get back into your room. Room clean, bed comfortable, fridge, hob, microwave and tea, coffee all provided. If room is road side it's very noisy early morning could do with better glazing.

We were so pleasantly surprised at the standard of the accommodation. It was clean, modern and very well presented. We were a little concerned due to some old reviews but honestly, we couldn’t fault it.

Really nice modern look. Bed was comfy. Public transport was easily accessible. One thing I didn’t like was the Bluetooth key as mine didn’t work so if my partners phone had died we would’ve been stuck but overall a solid place to stay for a quick getaway

Worth the money.
A good comfortable stay. The key check in might be confusing for someone less confident with technology. I’d recommend having a bin in the bathroom.

I will never recommend to anyone stay here
I never want to give negative feedback but I have to say truth. It’s nice apartment new but bedsheet it was not changed was full of hairs and stain marks, side table not wiped and wi-if was not working!

Thank you for your feedback. We have raised these issues with the housekeeping team and the quality control department. They have ensured that all bedsheets are changed between each guest and the stains on the mattress protector are that of wear and tear but these are constantly washed so fabric does wear away a little. However you did not raise these concerns while you was staying with us, if you had we would of changed your apartment and sent in the housekeeping team again.

One worth staying at
Was a little concerned about using keyless access using smart phone, but it worked brilliantly. Room (Studio Apartment) was a good size, with a decent size tv, and complimentary tea and coffee. I would defiantly use again next time I am in the area.

We stayed for a couple of nights. The first night was awful. The walls are paper thin the room next to us we could hear music and everything word for word. Messaged sky city apartments they couldn’t do anything about it and this was 22:30. There was also construction work going on outside which we didn’t know about until we got there so it wasn’t a good experience. It wasn’t that clean there was an old shower gel bottle on the floor. The tv was good and the use of facilities but overall safe to say not happy with the visit definitely not worth the money and won’t stay again.

Nice room, area not so much
Booked in for one night stay as going to concert at arena. From the outside, being surrounded by wooden walls and a very narrow carpark entrance / building site, it was quite off-putting. Once i managed to download the key app and get a password it worked fine. Would have been easier if made aware off and set up from home, but thats a minor comment. Room itself had everything needed and seemed very clean. One window was cracked and looking at it, seems to gave been like that for a while. Area outside not very welcoming, no pubs or cafes and only found one pub allbthe way in on the 2 mile walk! Anyway, great if you want basic no frills, somewhere to get your head down

Self contained apartment what clean, tidy and modern. Room was very warm and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Only issue was the broadband, it didn’t work and when I flagged it up the owners said they would try to fix it. By the end of my week, it still wasn’t fixed.

The main building is still under construction however I can see that when finished this property will be of a high standard. The room I got was not as big as those pictures and there was no sofa area, however it was clean and nicely decorated with a good shower and basic cooking facilities, no oven. If you plan to cook take a pot with you as there is only a frying pan available.

Weekend stay.
So happy with the apartment. It was very clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Would stay here again and very much recommend it. Had no problems with getting the deposit returned.

Work still being done outside but property was nice inside. Only problem was the smell of weed coming from people smoking in the back garden and the smell came through our bathroom... all in all nice place
