"Excellent 3 night stay the room was very spacious a little dated but spotlessy clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also large and spotless with bath and over shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. The big bonus was being allowed to park my car early on the check-in day and check in later. Absolutely fantastic service. Many thanks. Will definitely consider using again even Harrogate"

"Felt very welcome and had a great time. Caroline was on top of everything from the get go and made my Partner’s 30th celebration go super smoothly. We also had a great experience at the hotel bar with David - very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel super welcome. We’ll definitely return when we end up in Leeds again!!"

"Lovely spacious bedroom. Staff friendly and informative. Food very good. The only reason I didn't give a five is that the staffing levels appeared to be reduced in housekeeping and restaurant but those who were on duty went above and beyond."
