"This property was extremely misleading and did not match the listing or photos advertised on Hotels.com. The description stated the apartment had two queen beds and double bed, but upon arrival we discovered there was only one queen bed and a bunk bed, forcing two adults to sleep in bunk beds which was completely unacceptable for what we booked and paid for. The condition of the apartment was also very disappointing. The shower door would not stay closed while showering and continuously slid...

"We were unaware that the room we got was not part of the regularly staffed Casablanca, so the room was a lot less desirable than what the pictures were showing. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, the tub needed renovated, no canopies provided by the hotel, tough to communicate with owner. However, the hotel desk was okay and the valet employees were amazing. The pool was easy to access and the beach front was great. So location good staff great, water great, room itself not the best. Would not stay there...

"Staff was unhelpful. AC went out. Watch out for bedbugs in the waiting area. Overall not a good experience. 0/0 would not recommend."

"There was no service in our room, the WiFi didn’t work, and there was very little communication from the host throughout our stay. My kids were extremely frustrated. There also were not enough towels and washcloths provided for our group. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here."

"Front desk was horrible. Sent me to a holding room downstairs. Wouldn't let me use facilities or hold my bags for early check in. Lied about fixing a leaking ac unit. Wouldn't answer or return calls to the front desk. Been at this property multiple times without any problem. Don't know what happened but they really went downhill. I could go on but they were horrible"
