"I didn’t like that the finals were on and the tv didn’t have the basic abc or local 10. Also the sheets had blood on it before I asked for a different room. The noise was horrible as you could hear everyone and anything. The building shakes which is bad as well. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone"

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"It is perfect for short time, for 1 or 2 nights if you will take a cruise, It have at the corner 1 restaurant, the beach is at 1 block to the east, and near at Collins Av, you can find between 72 and 69 St, other options, At Collins Av and 69 St is a Publix Supermarket too. The hotel has not parking, but less than a block to the north is a big public parking for 1 dollar and cents for 1 hour, from 11 pm to 8 am this parking is free"

"I had a beach front room, overlooking the pool and beach. It’s like a tiny apartment. I will say two adults max per room any more might be a problem. I enjoyed the pool area."

"The location was nice. I did have to put a towel in the bathroom floor to feel comfortable showering as it does need maintenance- the bathroom has mold on it and there was hair in the corners. When it comes to the maintenance as a whole, it does need up keeping- from the entire backyard, to the main entrance. The not having parking and no host made it unenjoyable for me- as I it seems a bit cold and unwelcoming. Having to put codes every time I go out, so the gate, then the entrance then the...

"A most basic hotel experience. Adequately clean. Free on-site parking and location are a huge plus. Helpful office staff. Primitive but serviceable kitchen setup."

"The property was ok. I paid extra for the "ocean front" room. However, when you walked out onto the balcony, there are no partitions, nothing separating your balcony from the rooms on each side. No privacy AT ALL! Anyone out on their balcony could peer right into our room! Very uncomfortable feeling! We kept our curtains closed and didnt go out on the balcony... huge waste of the extra money for ocean front view! Also, the hotel next to us was under complete construction, so we listened...

"Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2...
