"After reading all the reviews i was terrified. Is someone going to break into my room in the middle of the night? Are the rooms terrible? Do they never clean the rooms? Etc… for a three star hotel the place was very good. Location is top notch. The walking area between beach and hotel top notch. The pool area was actually huge and very impressive. All new umbrellas and chairs. The lobby was massive and had two pool tables and other games for the kiddos. The breakfast was totally fine just pay the extra few bucks and upgrade and keep it moving. Walking distance you have a Walgreens , Publix and all types of affordable restaurants ( Cuban, Brazilian, Peruvian , etc). If your looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel then you have to be willing to Pay 4/5 star prices. If you want a great bang for your buck this 3 star hotel is very good. Will be coming back again! "

"The beach chairs and umbrella are the highlight of staying here. The pool was lovely, especially at night but the water was too cold to get in. We were a childless couple but I can see how this place is fun with kids. The staff was lovely. My only critique on the room was that the bathroom had no fan, the sink didn't drain and the lighting is harsh and terrible. We booked this because hotels.com said "ocean view" and that a voucher for 2 breakfasts was included. Both were untrue. "

"Housekeeping was terrible. Not arriving until after 5pm both days because we called and not cleaning room. Only 1 of 3 elevators worked so there were long waits. Otherwise the room was excellent and the hotel very nice "
