"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "

"Perfect for my 10 year old and me. Block away from the beach. Restraunt was a relaxing vibe and great food. Pool was always clean. Even liked that there was Walgreens less than 100 feet away. Beach trolley was not a far walk either to travel for free up and down Miami Beach."
