"Hello, I was very surprised by the price and the limited amount of certains services and amenities, so this comments is more for recommandations: 1-The breakfast choice is very limited and the quality of the elements is very very poor like the croissants, even the apples were powdery. 2- The wifi signal does not cover the outside patio so its hard to have meetings for smokers. 3- Impossible for guests to warmup their foods. However, overall, the welcoming of the staff was great."

"I had a terrible experience last night at this hotel, I stayed on the west tower and they gave me room 404 which AC wasn't working properly, the room temperature was 78 degrees making uncomfortable to sleep. I tried to call the lobby several times and no one answered my phone calls, we ended up getting another room in a Residence Inn 2 blocks away from there where we finally got some sleep. Please stay away from this place!"

"We got in late. 12:30 am. Got checked in and were supposed to have a sea view room. Had a parking lot view. Went to desk and guy was great. Changed room for us but were charged an extra 111 bucks a day. I was fine with that but got bill and thought it would only be for 2 nights since we got there early am on Friday. Still a wonderful place to stay. Food and grocery store within walking distance. Oh and Starbucks too. Pool and beach chairs and staff were wonderful. Will be back. Maybe credit us...

"There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back."

"Overall this was a dissapointing stay. I stayed at this hotel because it was a good location on the beach and close enough to the stadium the world cup was plaing. The room was big, view was good and the beach access was nice. However, when we check in the room it had a horrible sewer smell in it. The bathroom was just gross. We asked to change rooms and got a lower floor room. It is never a good experience to have a smelly room. Then my dad and I were really excited to watch the UFC fight and...

"From the moment we arrived there, everyone on the staff was just so fantastic! They were so welcoming and took care of every need that you possibly could ask!!! I think HR needs a raise!!! Being right on the beach and with all the people that cater to you, it is just truly amazing to be there!!! It’s the best place that we’ve ever stayed❤️❤️"
