"Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. "

"This place for the price and location is perfect. Parking is easy. Place is very cute. Biggest issue is the carpets are very stained in room. If this place threw down some laminate flooring it would be very nice. Also, they need to update their room keys so they are not always deactivating. That is pretty annoying. Overall I would stay there again."

"FYI they painted the outside of the hotel so it is no longer orange, it is now dark gray. The photos of the rooms are also not the same. Parking is in the alley behind the hotel underneath in a parking garage. It is LOUD - heavy traffic on Collins and lots of sirens and horns all day and night. That being said, the suite itself was equipped with a small kitchen, 2 full beds, one bathroom, a pull out sofa and a small dining area. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The view was incredible! The staff was friendly. The location was good for a low key Miami trip but dont come here if you're looking for a party atmosphere. It felt very safe and there were restaurants and shops within in easy walking distance. The pool was underwhelming. Pool bar and beach staff were severely understaffed but very nice and hard working. Beach was nice with lounger/covers and umbrellas...

"La limpieza de la propiedad está muy mala, los baños no tienen higiene alguna, no tuvimos acceso a supply para el sofá cama, en ningún clóset había acceso de sábana, colcha para que mi mamá se pudiera dormir, llamamos al número de customer services y no llegaron a resolver la situación, pues sólo les digo de corazón que no reserven este hotel"
