No air circulation

Excellent location, excellent service , excellent breakfast, good pool BUT it was bad air circulation. There is air conditioner , and it works, but no results. The room temperature stayed high, and I could not do anything. I tried to open window, but city smog is not good. The service is good and staff is responsive.

The hotel was build with very careful thoughts and design. Very clean and the staff is very polite and caring for you. Central location makes is walkable in many places in teh city.

Modern hotel close to city Centre.

A relatively new hotel, with well trained and attentive staff. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages including Kyrgyz, Russian and English and I had no communication issues.

The overall design of hotel and amenities is excellent. The cups and dishes Villeroy&Bosh- I love it! The staff is supernice! Keep it this way. By far the best hotel in Bishkek and surrounding countries as well!

this was literally the nicest place i have ever stayed at. if i could change one thing, i would make it so that the hot tub was full of water (it was empty) and also i wish that the pool was open til midnight.

Excellent hotel. The location is good, within walking distance from the main places of the city, while located on a quiet street. Near various coffee shops, several exchange offices. The staff is attentive, friendly. The lobby and rooms are in a classic, sophisticated style. Restaurant, bar - everything is fine. The breakfast is chic. I looked into the spa, everything is on the level there too. Large pool, hammam and sauna, everything is clean, pleasant smell. I am completely satisfied with the hotel, had a great time. If I'm in town again, I will definitely choose Orion again.

The Orion is outstanding in almost all respects. One of its gems, which seems little used, is its fully equipped gym, one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The buffet breakfast is as good as it gets in Bishkek. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the bed extremely comfortable. My one small gripe is that the WiFi connection did not work smoothly. I occupied two different rooms on two different floors over my 12-day stay, and I had the same problem with WiFi in both rooms. Once connected, it's plenty fast. The problem is in getting connected. A different, much less good hotel I tried in Bishkek had better WiFi. I hope Orion can upgrade its WiFi system so that it corresponds to the otherwise very high standard of service.
