"There for a business meeting, there was no hot water available in my room, even after running it for 10+ minutes. It was available in the sink, not the shower. Since I had to run to business meetings, it was not a great start to the day."

"Very convenient location if you’re going to a show at American Airlines Arena. Hotel is slightly dated. One thing I was surprised about was the rooms in the studio multiple bed suite both beds were only double beds not queen so sleeping five was a stretch. Full-size refrigerator is nice. Overall a good stay but FYI you do have to pay separately for parking and it’s another $35 but the breakfast was included and very good."

"I stayed at Sova for one night. The room was extremely small, and the only amenity provided was a hair dryer, shampoo and a body wash . For anything else, even something as basic as a hanger, you have to call and request it.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and I woke up with a stiff neck. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The guests next door returned around 2 a.m. and started playing loud music, which kept me awake for two hours. This happened...

"The staff at check in was condescending. In my room there as a 2 inch cockroach in the tub which just about sent me over the edge, had I not been so tired.
The outlet in the bathroom did not work.
I have never had a problem with HIE so this was a disappointment"
