"The property is timber framed and old, really old. Cleanliness and condition is very good but this building needs constant maintenance. We loved it, it’s very old and full of history. Very cute little town, very nice surroundings. We hit it in the middle of a heat wave and there is no AC, in fact there’s likely no AC in most of the village but the normal temperature does not require it. We were just unlucky. "Stayed with my Cavapoo and the all the staff especially Sophia on the front desk were fantastic. Veggie breakfast was really good with best veggie sausages ! Great to sit on the terrace with good WiFi to be able to work on the Friday outside. Highly recommend the place to stay even though I do not play golf or used the pool."
