"I booked this hotel for the location convenience to the airport. I just stayed one night but everything seemed very out dated. I"

"We got in around 1am and there was a huge line to check in. We didn’t check in until around 2-2:30am. Later found out it was due to flight cancellations. The lady at the front counter said she yelled out to take in people with reservations but 4 of us were in line for over an hour and no one heard anything. My sons room had a wet carpet. There were blowers in the hallway signifying water damage. The maintenance were putting towels down on the floor in the lobby because there must've been more...

"We didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast because we left so early. I did grab some coffee on my way out and it was very good. The room was clean and spacious. It was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay."

"The lady at the front desk was so sweet and very helpful. Our flight didn’t arrive until after midnight. I had a few questions that she didn’t mind answering. The rooms were great, beds were very comfortable after a long travel day. The breakfast was fantastic. I’ve stayed at a few different embassy suites, this is the first one I’ve been where the staff fix your plate and I loved it. You don’t have to worry about children playing around the food. I would highly recommend this property."

"Room was actually disgusting. There was a blow drier that had oozing gunk on it and the room was clearer not clean. Staff handled well and generally pleasant but the care for the rooms and frankly facilities…negative 5"

Their complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport was fast and convenient. We arrived too early for check in but were allowed to store our luggage and wait inside until the room was ready.
