"This is a modest guest house some way from Bari Airport, with slightly complicated entrance arrangements, involving codes on a box at the gate and the door into the building. However, the room and shower room, though fairly basic, is clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. There is a basic breakfast in the entrance to which you help yourself. The woman (owner?) who runs it, whose name is Deborah, arrived in the morning (it was a Sunday) with a box of excellent croissants to which...

"Perfect for a stay close to the airport with a shuttle there and very close to the train station to central Bari. We had a family room that has a third door connecting us. The restaurant was actually quite good for dinner,"

Entry level had an under-equipped kitchenette (only 1 glass and 1 cup plus a few miscellaneous pots and pans, plates and cutlery). Basic bathroom with tiny shower. A 'living area' occupied by metal bunk beds, a large wooden sideboard and a dining table with 2 mis-matched chairs pushed against the unusable wardrobe. "We had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we only discovered it on the last day of our trip, because we would have loved to spend much more time here. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful garden where our baby had plenty of room to play and enjoy herself. The pool was lovely, the food was amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone made us feel so welcome. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our stay so special!"

"Habitación grande y limpia. El baño no tan cómodo porque se sale el agua de la regadera, pero es muy amplio. Llegamos a la medianoche y queríamos hacer late check out pero nos querían cobrar 20 euros por una hora y media más, así que no lo hicimos. El personal muy amable."

We have family who live in Molfetta , this was our 2nd stay at Dogano and we will certainly return. A rooftop pool would have been a fantastic addition to the resort but a great property."
