"It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge was a really high standard, the owners had thought of everything. The cherry on the top was the hot tub. The owners were really friendly, and at hand if you needed them. A really great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. "The hotel is just awesome. The member of staff during check-in was great and but then the only interaction with staff we had during breakfast. And they were truly fantastic. The majority appear to be uni students as they all seem that age. Every single one of them was very helpful, professional but super friendly. The food was gorgeous, prepared quickly and served beautifully. The bar was great and all sitting areas were beautifully decorated. The bedroom was spacious and super clean with the bathroom having a benefit of a large bath and underfloor heating. The only issue for me was the bed. Two single mattresses put together to make a large king size bed is never a comfortable solution and this one was not either. I struggled both nights and I must say I didn't have the best sleep unfortunately. Everything else was superb so thank you."
