Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "

And it depends on your back how many days you’ll get your money back, which by the way, not complete bc the hotel also charge extras such as Destination Fee, overnight parking, and more with the total of $88. Most staff were nice. I asked if we could check out late like 1pm or so bc we planned to...
