"Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes."

"The main complaint I have is that the bed is very uncomfortable. I barely sleep due to the poor quality of the mattress. The hotel and the clerk at the check in desk were wonderful."

"Nice clean property with an excellent friendly staff. We were there unknowingly during bike week, so there was a lot of motorcycle noise from the main street. The hotel is situated right at a traffic light. The only other issue we encountered was at certain times there was a lot of noise from the floors above and the people next door to our room. "Very nice breakfast in a quaint barn room. Would have been nice to have drapes that better darkened the room, but overall a nice room. Location is convenient to all the Conway attractions but far enough away to be quiet."

"This was a clean room close to all shopping the front desk gentleman was very kind helpful and gave us a Dunkin gift card for coffees ! This place was fantastic with a beautiful view of the mountains with our own balcony!"

"Comfortable, clean and convenient, staff was friendly and really enjoyed the pool/hot tub after a long day. Breakfast and parking was plentiful, will definitely stay here again. Only issue: Bottled water was only upon request and limited per person yet coffee, tea and hot water was available all the time without asking."

"Room was clean but, very very small bathroom, very uncomfortable bed, flat hard pillows, we left after one night because of the bed. We expected better based on price we paid and description. Breakfast was okay, chocolate chip cookies were good."
