"Staff were helpful and attentive, especially the front desk staff. The hotel is in nice and safe area. The only downside was that the room facing freeway can be noisy at times. However, front desk staff were attentive and accommodating and kindly moved us to a room that didn't face freeway."

HYATT house Pleasanton
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, really spacious two bed room unit 1904 with queen or king beds. Small kitchen helpful. Nice pool and outdoor seating area. Breakfast was only decent by America standards but still limited and basic. I was expecting much more quality from previous reviews. Crowded on a Sat morning."
