"The location was within reasonable range from my destination. It was a decent room for a good price. It was clean enough. Decently clean with no bug or previous guest issues. Room was small with poorly placed fridge/microwave and small tv. But it served my purpose at a good price. If you want a Mercedes, don't buy a Chevy Spark. If you want a cheap Chevy Spark, don't go to a Mercedes Dealer."

"This is the worse place I’ve ever stayed, it was nasty, smelling, and room was filthy. The sheets in bed didn’t seem clean. The floors had stains all over it. The breakfast was very very very limited to cereal and waffles. There was nothing to drink for breakfast. This place needs alot of work and better management."

"Been to this Ramada Inn several times previously. Best employees, friendly, will go out of their way to assure a comfortable stay. This hotel is always clean, well-maintained, tasty breakfast, pretty place inside, lovely pool and well-kept grounds, our rooms have always been clean, lots of towels."

"Best to avoid if travelling with family. As a room with a bed, it's fine. Only decaf coffee pods in room. The bed frame squeaked and rattled with any movement; I am not a big guy. Breakfast looked like it was from the covid era. There was a waffle iron and a pot of coffee. No fruit, yogurt, or anything else. The staff was nice."

"Room was not clean daily and the tube/shower drain was clogged and very slow to drain which causes tube dirt rings. Sheets were not change and towels, had to ask for them almost every night. This has been my worst experience at this holiday inn express. I frequent this location every year but next year it might be worth it to try a different hotel."

"I was a little worried when I saw that there were smoking rooms available but our stay was very pleasant and it was clear that no one had ever smoked in our non-smoking room so I was very happy overall! The staff were nice and helpful as well! I would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking for clean and affordable accommodations!"

"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...

"I liked that it was convenient to highway and in Cary. Safe area. Didn’t like that I had to keep asking for washcloths. It was a 2 person room and they only left one in the room. The 3rd night when I asked for some, once again, I was told they didn’t have any and didn’t have hand towels either. I was told to come back in the morning to check and see if they had clean ones. My question was, what was i supposed to use that evening? They didn’t seem concerned."

"A very nice new property that offers a great variety of amenities. Huge room with kitchen & living room. Perfect for out of towners."

"The room appeared clean. The shower had no caulk around the tub. There was no coffee pot in the room. The curtains were torn. A little TLC would have gone a long way. The decaf coffee was very tasty in the lobby. The front desk attendent was nice and helpful."
