"Love the lodge feel and extremely kind and helpful staff. Our family stayed for three nights. Since driving the last mile was a little challenging, we opted to have dinners every night at the Lodge. Great service and wonderful food, but a bit on the pricier side compared to eating in town. We did the ATM excursion through the lodge. "If you are looking for an “authentic” jungle experience in a more rustic/casual setting then this is the place for you. We stayed in the Premier Treehouse room and loved it, especially the suspended outdoor day-bed on the screened-in porch. The cleaning crew kept our suite immaculate. Overall the dining staff were friendly and down-to-earth, and the food was excellent. Note that if you are staying in room #17 it is at the bottom of a long set of stairs, which was daunting at first but by the end...

"We had the best time at Chaa Creek. From the time that we were picked up at the airport, the warmth, the attention to detail, and the overall quality of service was amazing. We used their taxi service to take us to various places and the drivers were like tour guides and super helpful. The food at the restaurant was great and the staff were friendly.
