"Everything about this hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Gergana, was friendly and welcoming from the outset and she was very helpful and obliging in dealing with any requests that we had. An excellent ambassador for the hotel."

"Rooms were bit too well heated. Would suggest to ask them to turn the heater off before you arrive. And on Friday and Saturday it was loud and noisy till late"

"This was our 3rd stay and was nice to see some of the same friendly staff from previous visits. Check in was very quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival. The vie from the 9th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The only small thing I would add is that the hotplate food at breakfast could have been hotter. I used the spa and pool area most days and found it was kept clean with good facilities. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend the hotel."

"Room was spotless and had all the amenities you would ever need. Lots of space in the room and the shower was amazing. On site amenities were also superb. Would definitely come back whenever in the area again."
