"Upon pulling into the parking lot, two police cars with officers outside diffusing argument between two parties. Property houses long term residents who are without stable housing. Property is not maintained well. Flower pots empty with cigarette butts. Grass not mowed. Shrubs overgrown. Some garbage strewn in overgrown areas. lots of smoking outside. Check in was quick, but be prepared for "add on utility fee". Lobby, eating area, and outside picnic area dated, not well maintained. ...
