"The room was very clean, warm and spacious. Had everything you woupd need such as ironing board, iron, hair dryer, toiletries, fridge, hob, microwave, dishwasher, king size bed, 48inch tv. Towels were also provided. The hotel facilities were amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety such as pastries, cereals, toast and jam and cooked breakfast. We had such a lovely stay. "

"I’m always impressed with the aesthetic of the rooms. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the only problem I had was that the bed sheet was torn at the foot of the bed and when I brought this up with the staff they offered to fix it straight away. I left them to fix the bed sheet, however upon my return, the bed sheet was still in the condition I found it in (torn). I then brought this up with the front desk who offered me a free upgrade as there was no...
