"This property is run down, and dirty. Trash around the entry, weeds in the landscape beds, elevator is beat up, carpets in hall have not been vacuumed, hall wall paper pealing off. Someone had “drawn” on the window in my room male genitalia. Front desk staff was just going thru the motions- not welcoming. This place is a mess!!! "

"Okay place to stay. Convenient to restaurants. If you get a room on the highway side, it is noisy I used the pool for swimming laps… It worked ok Breakfast was fine, tasty"

"Very outdated. Smelled like Marijuana. Water in the shower shook the whole wall. Luke warm water. People arguing in the halls and outside. No way is this 3 stars. Empty beer bottles and gallon jugs of whiskey and cigarette butts everywhere. "

"The person at the desk did not know what he was doing 3 different people checking our rooms were not paid and our cards were declined. The guest in front of me waited 3 hours for the guy to figure out what he was doing wrong. I waited an hour to get checked in. it was 10:30 at night. Ultimately he wasn’t doing something right to check people in. "

"I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. I heard people screaming outside my room couple of times at 3 am. Terrible "

"the room smelled like urine"

"First sent us to someone else room full of there stuff. Gave me another room which the toilet was clogged, stuff all over the floor my sister went to use a towel and there was weed all inside the towel. Went to the luke combs concert and came back to find BED BUGS!!! so we packed up and left that night. And the toilet was never fixed the whole time so we had to go in the tub after driving 4 hours. They did give me a full refund."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The days we stayed they were either understaffed or just didn’t have enough help. We went down for breakfast on the late side and it was awful. "

"Expedia canceled my room before we got there. No rooms were available. Got lucky and the fit us in but definitely not a cozy stay. "

"Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. "

"The place itself was great. It was so full when we came ba k to hotel on the 2nd night there was not any parking places available. "

"Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car"

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and jacuzzi was nice. Came for a concert and got sick and ended up staying in the room and ordering food."
