"I have never stayed at a property that has just changed hands but I hope to never do it again. Although they were changing from Hilton SPARK to a Hampton it seemed as though Hampton has really downgraded this property from normal amenities. All he said was it was remodeled several years but because a country Inn and suites owned it. So I’m like well okay and…. That does nothing for what is going on now with my issues.
