"Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. "

"The hotel is a little older and you can see the wear and tear a bit. It was very clean. I would suggest maybe upgrading to TVs you can stream your device to. The staff was AWESOME. They are so polite and helpful and friendly. They more than made up for any issues with the building or technology. "

"This place is great for the money. While the parking lot is sizable, it’s in need of a little repair. Bad areas are clearly marked, however. The outside grounds could use a little attention, IMHO, but this would not prevent us from staying again. This was our second stay at this location. The staff is courteous and got us checked in quickly. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling from Pittsburgh to visit family and will stay again soon. "

"After being woke up at 2am and again at 4:45am by the guest next door, I was informed he is dropped off by his father and the hotel “babysits” him until someone comes back to pick him up. It could be days before someone returns. The night manager and the day manager both stated he has mental issues. I was unaware of this property being a “safe house” facility and would have reserved my one night stay somewhere else that wasn’t as expensive. I paid more thinking it would be a better experience...

"This place was the pits. You walked in and the smell of marijuana was so strong, You could barely breathe. When we got into the room, there was a great big cockroach in the bathroom, and the toilet seat had to be bolted back on because it was very very loose. The towels in the bathroom were so thin that you could see through them. The carpet in the hallway were so dirty and greasy kinda look like they were used for oil changes. Again, walking through the hallways the smell of marijuana was so...

"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."
