"When checking into our room we unlocked the door and there was someone already in the room. We had to go back down to the desk to get another room. There was a stool that was under the bedside table. So we moved it to sit on and a wooden piece of the stand fell on my son's foot. The shower curtain was crooked and falling out of the wall on the right side and the shower head was loose. "

"We were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I don’t know why they didn’t have event staff checking on them every so often"

"Convenient when flying out early they have a shuttle and you can call to book your room and do park n stay. It's 9.00 a day for parking but better than waiting and waiting in the airport parking lot . The room was clean I just think it's in need of some touch ups and repairs for a Hilton affiliated hotel. "The property was in overall good condition. The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was comfortable. I wish the 3rd elevator had worked. Wait times could be long. The pool was freezing.
