"Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning...

"The room was large and clean. Staff was all very nice and friendly. Anyone of them you saw would greet you kindly. I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Close to restaurants and shopping."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Holiday Inn. Upon checking in, a staff member named Jesse interrupted another employee who was assisting me just to inform me, without any reason or prior interaction, that I could not have any family members or visitors come to my hotel room at any time during my stay. He stated that if anyone came with me or visited me, I would be removed from the hotel. He also stated that hotel staff would be monitoring the cameras to enforce this. I...

"Room was large and clean. Parking was convenient."

"I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. I heard people screaming outside my room couple of times at 3 am. Terrible "

"Holes are in walls and doors very outdated rooms feels very unsafe people sleeping in hall ways at all hrs of the night dogs constantly barking would never stay had I known the actual conditions of the property glass on the ground all over the place don’t advise this unless this is your last choice and then you might be better sleeping in your car"

"Room needed some work. Deadbolt and second lock didn't work besides the regular lock. Room had a bit of a smell and there were other repairs that didn't seem complete. Also a lamp in the room looked stained with blood."

"It was a last minutes stay for a concert we was attending in Columbus for the weekend because our BNB was cancelled. Definitely wouldn't recommend it. For was filthy, shower was gross and half the outlets didn't work. The sink only ran hot water. Had to brush our teeth with hot water. The AC was so noisy could hardly sleep through the night. Terrible experience all around."

"I switched my first room because it was dirty and me second room was dirty as well I couldn’t even use the bathroom because the toilet because it was so nasty"

"Pictures online are highly doctored, when you pull up it looks nothing like what is shown on the listing. Was probably once a great spot, everything is ALMOST really nice. Dirty and out dated. Price point was probably fair, we thought we were getting a deal, but when we got there we understood why it was priced where it was."

"The a/c don’t work, the outlet was burnt out, door didn’t have a lock other than card, door also don’t shut all the way it had a gap. The tables and nightstand could use a clean, or better yet, replacing! I wouldn’t recommend longer then a night stay."
