"Upon arrival the hotel looks modern and clean.once inside the stairswell was very dusty and hadn’t been hoover for a long time. Once in the room its was very budget the carpet was old the blinds had seen better days walls-stained with god knows what.but nice clean bedding and towels. Urine still in toilet and not been flushed or cleaned pubic hairs in shower tray. "We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future."
