"Arrived and got checked in, this was very straight forward. When we got to the room, we unpacked and settled down to watch a little TV, unfortunately the TV did not work. "Rooms are so hot unbareable outside was freezing rooms are hitting 27 degrees three customers moaned hotel is in need of air-conditioning, the gym excellent equipped but filthy shower in room 424 ceiling had black mold on staff excellent breakfast was awfull rock hard bacon and vial sausage and scrambled egg full of spice awful"

"The location and grounds of the hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rita’s. Plenty of parking spaces.
Breakfast was above average. My husband loved the set up and the place looked clean,

"Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently.
Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly.
Quirky little place with a nice vibe.
Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep.
Breakfast was mega though, plentiful and very tasty!
Would use again, and would recommend for a trip to...

"Not a great hotel! Firstly its impossible to get any email/facebook response, they just ignore you
On arrival there was a massive line for check in so it took about 40 mins waiting in a hot reception area.
Requested a high floor, didnt get one. Room was like a sauna with no air con and no fan. No toilet roll in the room, not even 1. Shower curtain was just stored on the floor
Then on the last day we walked up to our room for our key card to not work so had to walk all the way back to...
