Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ansonsten in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen.

Clean room. nice view of the sea. Lovely buffet breakfast. The bar was good. The refreshments area was only open at random times. Guests have to pay to use the pool.

Terrible. It looked like the rooms hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a dead fly in room 277. The staff were extremely rude. Lack of communication and they did not acknowledge the payment through the online check-in. I demand better quality to the owner of this outrageous hotel. Please save your money and do not come to this hotel.

Booking was terrible. It is ages in a queue Rooms are very basic breakfast and lunch was okay but was rushed and I was not long enough either and swimming pool he had to pay for and it had a fit in between kids, Lessons

The room was okay, bed linen was clean, the room needed a good clean around the windows to get rid of the cobwebs. The bathroom was clean, nicely tiled, shower was hot and good water pressure. It needed a bath mat to step out of the shower onto rather than straight out onto the floor. Tea and coffee facility was useful; the TV was good. Staff, when checking in were very informative and pleasant, staff at breakfast were pleasant too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, nice and hot, very tasty.

It was fairly empty when I stayed this time. Felt a bit ghostly. Enjoyed the swimming pool and my granddaughter joined in with the Karaoke. When outside the hotel, it was a bit off putting late at night when people were pulling parts of the hotel wall down.

Staff were excellent, friendly and very supportive. Chaos Live team was very entertaining and the children looked foward to participating in the dancing. The food was delicious, well prepared, there was a variety to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed our stay..

It is a large hotel with some good facilities including cafe, bar, small cinema room and amusement arcade. We attended for an expo being held in the Norcalympia Exhibition Centre which was a huge venue which catered very well for the event. A tram stop outside provides an easy route in and out of the centre, which is a 5km / ~45min brisk walk if you’re interested in going on foot The twin room we had was ok, but there was some litter down the back of the furniture and some areas would benefit from a bit of a deep clean as it was a bit dusty. The bathroom was basic but fine for an overnight stay. The beds, bedding and towels were clean and fresh and we both had a decent night’s sleep. All in all we found the hotel fine for our needs and a great price. Would consider it again for next year.

Hotel room - black mould in the bathroom - dirty razor on the bath - previous guests dirty cups on window - (the bath clearly used to be a jacuzzi bath with the jets still in place but no power / or working ) -The exterior needs a painting and sorting out - The carpet in the hallways have big patches of gaffa tape covering the holes.
