"The location of the b&b was perfect for not only accessing Pleasure Beach and sandcastle, but equally the attractions near the tower due to the tram stop at end of street. Leigh & Sue were great hosts we felt very welcomed. "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel"

"Norbreck Castle Hotel was very good value for money. Lifts to each floor, with few extra stairs made all the rooms easily accessible. Standard of cleanliness was very good. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was pretty straightforward - plain but easy eating - and breakfast was more than adequate. All meals were buffet style and there were no restrictions on going back for seconds. The hotel's only drawback is that it seems to be a very old building, with high ceilings - particularly...
