"When we arrived we were greeted by a young man after ringing the doorbell, he took us through to the bar lounge, and read us a load of rules about the place, then he asked us if we used deodorant which a strange thing to ask then said don't spray in the bedroom because of the smoke alarm. The room we were given was supposed to have been a double more like a single with a double bed in it. When you opened the door to the room it banged on the bed it's that tiny, there was no storage had to put...

"Lift was broken .. room was on the very top floor , there was 1 plug for 3 people in a family room, shower was a minimal trickle , seagulls kept us awake screeching at the window as they were nesting near the ledge . We bought ear plugs to help. It didn’t .. No air, it was unbearably hot. Never EVER again will I stay there.."

"The hotel was ok you had to take your rubbish out yourself and give it to staff but there are snow staff around to give rubbish so had take rubbish out of hotel and put it in the bin myself don't think that suitable to be a hotel if you have a take your rubbish out yourself "
