"Clean room, helpful staff"

"The room was very humid. The bathroom was the worst part. The sink drain barely worked. The tube had soap scum mold around it."

"Housekeeping got to do a better job. Maybe this was a first instance, but it is not pleasant to find short pieces of shaved hair ON TOP of the faucet knobs. Also, if there is an empty toilet tissue dispenser, place a roll of tissue. I am not expecting a cute bunny or flower made with it but don't leave it empty. I dd not feel welcoming."

"This place was incredible, super friendly staff, not only was it still affordable, but the building has unique history and they put a lot of work in the making it special. Great for the family, kids loved it we will be back."

"Staff should ask at check in if you want your room cleaned every day instead of putting a note in the key card holder. First morning the breakfast was barely warm. Second morning it was better. Room was clean. I’d like a pen and small pad of paper in the room like other hotels offer. Staff we interacted with were pleasant. Discounts at nearby eateries were used and are appreciated. We would stay here again."

"I have stayed here before! But this time I actually considered asking to switch rooms! It was really dirty! I’m pretty sure nobody cleaned it! Especially since we found somebody else’s prescription medication laying on the floor! There were bugs, crawling all over in the bathroom! So I’m pretty sure they were everywhere, that was just the easiest place to see them! Staff at check-in was nice! But that’s really the only positive about the whole experience! I feel like maybe the upstairs rooms are...

"The people in the room above us were very noisy until 2.30 a.m. it honestly sounded like they were playing soccer or similar in the room. We tried calling the front desk to complain, but got no answer. Also, 2 car alarms went off during the night and it seemed like forever before they got shot off. Needless to say, after a long day of driving, we didn't get much sleep. We will never stay there again."

"Was looking forward to using the hot tub, (why we picked this hotel) only to learn it's been out of order for 2 years. The property was in rough shape, junk everywhere. The room itself was fairly clean. Will not stay here again."
