Affordable spa hotel, dated, poor food and standard level of amenities. For what you pay, you get a decent bed, breakfast, pool. It’s not the best but it does the job.

The Angel Hotel
Well located for train station, central Cardiff and the theatre. Very comfy bed, breakfast a plenty, staff friendly. Lift was good. Pretty quiet at night too

The Parkgate Hotel
Excellent hotel possibly the best in Cardiff. Great food, cocktail bar, great rooms what's not to love about this hotel. We'll be back.
