"Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. "

"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. "We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!"
