"Perfect location near paramount"

"If you’re a Colorado Rockies fan or a baseball/sports fan in any way, this is the perfect hotel. It’s basically connected to Coors Field and has an in-house Rockies/baseball/sports merchandise store at which guests receive a discount. The happy hour ice cream and night time complimentary smores kits are a great touch for the kids, and the OG restaurant has a wonderful menu and experience for all ages. The rooms are comfy and quiet; the in-room mini bar is reasonable and the glass of beer or wine at check in is incredible. Beyond all of that, the gym and pool area are top notch, with incredible views of the ballpark and city, and wonderfully functional equipment/pool/hot tub, to boot. The food court and watch party area at McGregor Square are so cool, and the complimentary car service is extremely handy. Early check in and late checkout were provided with no questions asked. The staff was so nice and helpful with every interaction. Can’t recommend this place enough, honestly. Kind of overwhelmed about just how much we loved our family of four loved our stay. Please don’t change a thing."

" Clean room, friendly staff, only downside was parking; if you didn’t use valet, you used a garage right next to the hotel but it was nearly impossible to get back in to get your vehicle when leaving "

"Pillows were like bags of sand aka horrible. The fan in the room was so loud and kept turning on and off until I finally figured out how to turn it off completely. Terrible night of sleep because of that. "

"I think the location was phenomenal as well as the staff and the amenities. I have no complaints other than my granddaughter left her air pods in her room and we called the next day to report the item being lost. The air pods are now moving around Denver being used by someone who cleaned the room and that is a little disappointing but I would stay there again."

"This was in a nice location, allowing us to walk. The whole building was clean and felt welcoming. Minus one of our beds which had 4-5 weird stains on it, and not small stains either. Over all I would stay here again."

"The staffs and management was not helpful. I booked my trip through Expedia, and my reservation was canceled. I was then told to make a new reservation directly, but my original Expedia booking was never refunded. I wasn’t expecting a full refund, but I believe I should at least receive a refund for the unused/remaining days."
