The staff is amazing but our stay was pretty lack luster. We showed up at the hotel around 430pm and apparently our room still wasn’t clean; not the end of the world they were able to put us in another but their Valet is another story. Hotel Teatro
The room unfortunately did not meet expectations and showed signs of long-term wear. The carpet appeared overdue for replacement, the curtains had noticeable stains, and the bathroom plumbing continued to run. However, the staff at the reception desk were warm which was genuinely appreciated.
