"The restaurant service is terrible; the women who wait on tables provide terrible service at breakfast. I do not recommend having breakfast there. I'm sorry."
"This place was disgusting, the rooms were dirty-beddings and towels included. The pool was not open. I checked in and left finding somewhere else to stay at my own expense in less than half hour later, this was after requesting a cleaner room (both were dirty).
Don’t stay here, it smells like an Ash tray and they might have bugs (bug shedding on bed) , also seemed shady things were going on in the parking lot.
Expedia had to contact them and they did not agree to refund me so I had to abide by the booking policy (mind you I didn’t stay-I left). If you stay there, do it at your own risk. This place is gross, you might catch something.
(I wish I could put pictures)"
"We had a room that was large which was going to be great for our family get together. When we got into it was warm. So I cranked down the ac. Went to the pool and came back and it wasn't any cooler. So called the front desk and they sent up a service tech. He couldnt fix it. And we had to move rooms. Which was smaller. Just unfortunate but they were friendly and very accommodating. "
"Pretty clean hotel in the heart of downtown. You're close to pretty good restaurants within walking distance, old town is right there for you to take a stroll through. Rooms are pretty clean, fairly modern, and the multi-story parking underneath is great if you're traveling through or are visiting the city for work."
"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer we were really looking forward to a fun stay with a pool day only if the area was a little cleaner. Luckily our toddler enjoyed it! "
